Returns Policy

In the event that you are not completely satisfied please call us toll free at (855) 588-8152 or send an email to

We will do whatever we can to make it right! 

If possible, please provide a description and picture of the problem.

Returns must be inniated with in one week of receipt of your order. Due to the limited shelf life of our products, we ask that you NOT send anything back. We will offer a replacement or refund if you are not absolutely satisfied. 

Shipping

All items are sent via FED EX, USPS or local courier depending on your preference and shipping address. Items that are shipped via major carrier will generally be shipped Monday through Wednesday (depending on transit times and whether it is a commercial or residential delivery, we may ship other days at our discretion) to prevent products sitting in transit potentially for an entire weekend. 

Courier Delivery

Courier Delivery is Monday through Friday and weekends with prior arangements made. Delivery time is at our discretion unless prior arangements are made. Items will usually be delivered same day, if possible. If not same day then within to 2 business days.  

Billing Terms

We accept

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club
